I have been working out at CrossFit Wake Forest for over two years. I started just after my 40th birthday and I am in the best shape of my life. I love coming to this gym because we have amazing coaches, constantly varied workouts, a great community of people, and the results are far beyond what I expected. Our coaches make each clients' individual needs and safety a top priority, and they have coached me to a fitness level that I could never have achieved on my own.
