It takes a lot for me to write a review. I usually only wright if something is very outstanding, but today this made me really mad .Have nothing to say about the dentist because we didn't even make it that far, but I can tell you about costumer service by the receptionist. I been taking my children to Allied rehab for more than a year thats right above it. So a few moths i consider switching my children to smile sculptors, I stop by one day and ask for more information the receptionist since that point was rather rude, but i was kind and thought maybe she's just having a bad day. I went on and gave her all of our information and gather the information she rudely demanded from the previous dentist and all of the insurance paperwork . I stop by a moth later to make an appointment for both of my children and she said she didn't have one of my children's insurance cards, I had given her both but didn't mind to give it again just didn't have it with me. She said she didn't have anything available until 25 days later. She gave me a date but I said I Couldn't do that day since it was during our spring week in rome. When I walk out of there that day our agreement was to call in and schedule over the phone when I will get back since they didn't have a spot available soon. So I stop by today to schedule and she says in a very rude manner that they can't see them in there again because i miss my appointment (an appointment that i guess she went ahead and schedule even after I told her that we would not be in town) . I have two toddlers and they were playing and laughing and she kept making all sorts of rude face expression towards them, and told me they couldn't be doing that in there. It was 5 minutes while I was talking to her. So from my experience I felt very uncomfortable so much I grabbed my children walk out of there and cry my way to the car. This is not a very family friendly place. Or race discrimination .
